Our cartridges are produced in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and STMC-certified facilities. Each one goes through strict quality control testing—including page yield and print quality checks—to ensure it meets or exceeds OEM standards. Every unit is traceable, so in the rare event of an issue, we can respond quickly and thoroughly.
If It Doesn’t Perform, We’ll Make It Right
If your Brightoner-compatible cartridge doesn’t meet expectations, simply contact us. We’ll replace it—no hassle, no charge.
Note: Returned cartridges are weighed. If a cartridge is empty, we cannot offer a refund or replacement. Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or tampering.
OEM Products – Covered by Manufacturer Only
Need OEM toner? We’ve got you covered. While we do carry OEM cartridges from top brands, warranty support for OEM products must go through the original manufacturer, as Brightoner cannot guarantee them.

Return Policy for Unused Items
Changed your mind? No problem.
Unopened Brightoner products can be returned for a refund within 30 Days of the purchase date. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will apply.
Items older than one year are not eligible for return or refund.
